"Took my truck in to get all four tires balanced today & was asked if I wanted to rotate as well. I answered sure. So as they Proceeded I watched them Pull the front tire off & place it at the back of truck. Then took off back & placed on balancer, as that was being done they took the tire that came off of front and was fixing to mount it on truck I asked how off it was knowing they didn't balance it & was told they only balance the front . Now whether that's being paid for or if it comes with Purchase of tire You balance all four not just two.Especially if that's what Requested to begin with!"

"I was near Delta when my vehicle developed a rapidly worsening front CV joint failure at 4:30 pm Wednesday. I made it in to Delta and went to TSC to buy a trailer hitch lock so I could park the trailer and have the vehicle towed. There was a Big O next door so I stopped in and asked if they could repair it. They looked up the part and found it available. They said could fix it the next day or the day after at the latest. I brought it in the next morning and was present when the mechanic called his mom in Grand Junction and asked her to run the part down to Delta from Grand Junction. They got my vehicle repaired by 10:30 am Thursday! I was thoroughly impressed with their service. I'm extremely grateful for their help in getting a traveler back on the road so quickly. Friendly competent folks in this Big O shop! I'd use them again if I lived nearby and have no hesitation to highly recommend this business!"
