"This has been the third time I have been there to get my tire pressure checked. I have purchased all of my tires from Discount Tire. Up until recently, service has been relatively good. Today I sat there for 15 minutes; I gave up, and I also had an appointment to get to. No one came out to tell me they would be with me shortly, although they did the last two times, even though it was not shortly. I had to wait at least 20 minutes before they did anything. They were not busy, so I really don't understand the lack of communication with me. I think they know they are the cheapest tire retailer in this area, and they can treat people any way they want. They will lose business quickly, guaranteed, if they keep doing this."

"Came here to simply get my tires rotated. Sales man said my back tires needed changed out asap even though I just got new ones in August. Went to big O right after and they said all tires were in good condition. Don’t go here unless you want to get swindled."

"Steven and this location were great ! He was so nice and friendly and the location was fast and efficient. Along with that, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Along with the gentleman who actually did the work on my car. When I picked it up, he was so nice and knowledgeable as well! This location has a great team! I have managed in customer service before and these two individuals executed great customer service! Thank you both for being awesome! I am from out of town and do not resident in Durango Co, with that being said based on how great my experience was, I would travel back for my tire needs and the great customer experience!"

"Dear Discount Tire Management, As someone who works in retail management themselves- I would love to poach Kyle and Derrick off you! No matter what the cost!!!! So then I could have their talents for my establishment. You're whole team is flippin amazing!!! I'm jealous!!! I came in with a borderline emergency situation regarding getting some snow tires onto a FWD Camry that had to go to Pagosa during a serious snow storm. Mr Derrick came out after looking at what was available as far as snow tired and recommended tires I now have on my car which also got installed that day thanks to y'alls team. At the end of the day- I was handled in such a way that I was made to feel like a celebrity. From start to finish I literally cannot find anything to complain about. And if you search my other 100 or so reviews I posted as a local guide. You'll see I am not shy to point out issues with companies. But I'm also extremely happy to point out when individuals specifically like Derrick and Kyle go far and above the call of duty. Will pretty much be driving an hour plus away to deal with this establishment instead of dealing with local companies. Keep up what you all are doing. Thanks a million! ----T."
