"I booked a ride to the Durango airport more than one week ahead. Confirmed the day before. Both times I got a confirmation text. No one turned up at the time they were supposed to & when I called to inquire they said the driver who was supposed to pick me up was stuck in traffic coming back from the airport & they had no other drivers! I had to scramble to find another ride & almost missed the flight. This company is not reliable."

"My wife and I have been using Durango Cab for years, usually to take us to and from the airport when we have work trips. Friendly staff, somewhat expensive (price has increased to $75/one way from airport to town but understandable given inflation), but have recently proven to be very unreliable and disorganized, which is why I’m giving a low rating. Recently called and booked four rides at once, and placed our credit card details down as it’s required to hold the rsvp. On the initial return trip, I moved my flight to an earlier time, called the day before, was told it was no problem, and was picked up at the earlier time. At the original pick up time many hours later, I received a call asking where I was; the company had never told the other driver that I moved my flight, and she was waiting at the airport. Very disorganized. On the return leg of my next trip, I arrived at the airport and the cab wasn’t there. I called, and was told that my ride had been cancelled because they didn’t have a credit card on file. They didn’t call, text, email, nothing — just cancelled without notice, despite the fact that I had given them my credit card when I booked. It took me a while to figure out how to get home. After this experience will use other, more reliable cab companies going forward."

"I reserved a ride to the airport a month in advance, they took my credit card info and assured me I would be taken care of. I called to double check the day before my flight and they said they had no record of it, and that they would call me back. They never called back. I’m very lucky I found someone else to take me but this was extremely stressful to sort out the day before traveling when I had made a reservation to avoid that. I highly recommend against using these guys if you’re making a reservation, it seems they forget most of them from other reviews as well."
