Mountain Limo: Telluride Airport Shuttle Service

"They deserve less than 1 star for the atrocious customer service. The woman who handles the phone is rude and has a horrible attitude. I understand options are limited (and they know this!) but I would recommend another company even though they may be a little bit more expensive. To be fair, I cannot say the same for the driver who was great!"

"“Levi” is a terrible human being. Had (past tense) loyally used Mountain Limo for 30 years. But had to change flights due to family emergency, cancelled my ride with Mountain Limo 23 hours in advance but they refused to “not charge my card,” which they admitted they hadn’t run yet. And wouldn’t even offer in-store credit. Just greedy human beings who have now stolen $500."
