"Owner of Telluride Towing (and Telluride Tires and Auto) is very unprofessional and rude. Had my rental towed, which wasn't their fault, but when asking where the car was located after I paid my fees, I was told Checkpoint Charlie, which is some colloquial term apparently. After being unable to locate the car, I called the following morning and asked for more details like an address or something, I was given more attitude and told "it's really freaking simple", which was unnecessary. Next time just say it's across from the west side of Butcher Creek Drive on the south side of the road, or it's a little less than a quarter mile west of the roundabout in town. Just because you can't communicate directions in a normal way doesn't mean I deserve grief."
