Frosty Mug Sports Bar 2611 North 204th Street, Omaha, NE 68022

"Tonight we went to Frosty Mug excited to try one of the newest sports bars in town. We were able to take a seat right away and the energy was fun and family friendly. They were busy, so when it took a little bit for our drink order to be taken, we thought nothing of it. It then took nearly 10 minutes to receive our 2 beers while the group that arrived and ordered after us received their mixed drinks before us. Our waiter helped another waitress check in on the table next to us then walked away. We had enough time to slowly finish our drinks as our waiter continued to look at our table but never checked in. We eventually had to ask the waitress covering another table to cash out our tab. She was great and helped immediately. It looked like everyone was working their tail off while our waiter stood behind the counter. We intended on having dinner here but only had the beer and left to get food elsewhere. We were extremely disappointed by the experience and do not intend on returning."

"Great additional to elkhorn! Family friendly with games in the back for the kiddos. We will definitely be back! Service was a little slow but they were clearly busy and understaffed (Saturday afternoon) so we gave them a little grace. Southwest eggrolls were awesome, pretzel bites weren’t anything to ride home about, kids grilled cheese was good."

"Food was good despite ordering a sandwich without tomato & it coming with tomato, salad without croutons & it came with croutons. Never got a refill on our drinks & never got checked back in on after food was delivered & sat for 40 minutes waiting on our check despite trying to flag down our server as eye contact was being avoided with us, I even voiced we were ready to pay as our server dashed past us & still no check, ended up going to the bar to pay. It was a Thursday & the place was not busy. We were there for 2 hours & each server got maybe a total of 3 tables each so service was unacceptable. Definitely needs work. We even chatted with the table next to us & they agreed that the service/friendliness of our server was lacking. Not sure if it’s worth a second visit."

"A lot of these reviews mention the slow wait times and/or staff being on their phones. The owner of this restaurant also owns Javis Taco & Rise To Shine (all within the same complex); with many of the workers residing in all three. It's self seating, and the wait times run a little long (dependent on customer load from their small kitchen). The staff were beyond helpful giving their opinion on foods, greeting guests, & wiping tables. The drinks (Mules & Margaritas 10/10), Wings (Garlic Parm 8/10), and Rings/Fries (10/10) were amazing. We got burgers (Rising Sun & The I'm Hungry 5/10) and were severally disappointed, thought the pizzas looked good. Definitely a good appetizers/drinking spot, with plans on returning."

"What a fun experience. Driving home on Saturday and I was starving. Looked in the window of Frosty Mugs to see if they were open and the staff waved us in. We got the honor of being their first customers, even though it was their friends and family night. We had a couple of beers and pizza that was loaded with lots of meat. The staff was so friendly! We will definately be back."
