"Honestly felt like my referral from my doctor to follow up here wasn't taken seriously and I had zero communication or clarity after my appointment. Upon entering, one of the front desk clerks is very kind while the other seemed to be bothered with people interrupting her. As for the rest of the staff in the back, for the most part they were friendly and provided small talk. As of writing this, I still do not show my JAK2 test results in the portal or as something approved by my insurance (like I was told it had to be at the time of my appointment), so this makes me question whether it has even been performed. When I called one month after my appointment (since receiving no reply to my message I sent 2 weeks after my appointment) I was transferred to a nurse who mumbled my result to me which made me question whether it was just made up because she didn't actually see it. So now I don't know what to think but it is what it is and I'll just hope for the best I guess."
