"My 2 kids have been switched 4 times now with med doctors because they no longer work there after only seeing them 1 time. After seeing the new med doctor and she prescribed my kid a new medication. The pharmacy told me she doesn't even accept iowa medicade. So now my child is without her med. This nurse Practitioner didn't even look at my child's chart before her appointment. She started listing off meds to give my child that she's had bad reactions too. I would definitely recommend a different place to go if you are seeking help for your child."
"Look around. I was dropped as a patient because of errors made by the office staff . The therapist was very good, but I’m not sure that the therapist was able to recognize how debilitating the chronic pain condition I’m afflicted with is. A person can never understand chronic pain unless it happens to them. A book or college degree doesn’t is irrelevant and is no substitute for experiencing and living with chronic pain every day., . . .."
"i would say the office in Council Bluffs is not good. They tell you they scheduled you an appointment and then when you follow up they have no idea what your talking about even though they sent you documents to the portal. The girl that answers the phone is rude."

Have made a huge impact on my children I can not thank them enough for everything they do! If you are in looking for a place to get in to therapy this is your place.
