"I used this office from 2017-2023. The first 6 years were ok, but I have ran into several problems over the last year which culminated in me leaving this office and State Farm. This agent threw a red flag early, but I dismissed it. He was the first State Farm agent that answered the phone and I set up insurance with him over the phone. He told me he would come out to visit me and my house. He never did. That never sat well with me, but didn't think it was enough to make a big deal over. I have owned homes for nearly 20 years and I have never had to make an insurance claim until the last year. There are lots of ins and outs with insurance companies. When I enter into a professional partnership with anyone, I expect they will advocate for me and provide me with good advice when I need it. This agent falls well short of this standard. He ignored multiple requests for return phone calls. He gave me poor advice that will likely end up increasing my insurance premiums. State Farm claims service has been trash. While this isn't necessarily the agent's fault, he has done little to nothing to help move my claims along to resolution. Moving forward, this agent and State Farm's claim department have soured me on the company. I am unlikely to return to State Farm and would recommend you look elsewhere for your insurance needs. They will gladly take your premiums, but then unlike a good neighbor - they probably won't be there when you need them."
