"I am not just giving 5 stars to every category because the food was good; literally everything was amazing, even the bathrooms. Scratch-made food with locally sourced ingredients, the flavors were beyond my expectations. A romantic and inviting atmosphere with innovative lighting and great music. The manager made an effort to stop at every table to ensure all is well. Must try! Second visit a couple months later, and I was served by Ossama: holy wow! What a great server he was. Again, the food and the service was fantastic. This time some of the little things stood out. The server Ossama gave me a new fork after the appetizer. For the Milanese Meatballs, there is a chunk of mozzarella underneath each meatball, very thoughtfully crafted. And the cherry struesal was great. The server Ossama gave me plasticware for my to-go containers and bagged everything. Can't say enough good about this place!"

"We have been for dinner but the brunch menu is the best. Great kids menu and options. Solid brunch classics for adults and some unique items. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star spot is the coffee. Higher end coffee would set it off. The Folgers or basic coffee is a hindrance."

"3.5/5 not a bad experience but I think I just had higher expectations! We had a reservation made earlier in the week for 7:30 for 2 people. We showed up around 5 minutes early and didn't get seated until 8. The atmosphere was cute-ish. The focaccia was a great app, one of my favorite parts of the experience! Drinks didn't come out until right before the entrees so that was a little disappointing, but not a huge deal. They did taste good! Our waiter was good at giving recommendations and friendly enough. Steak and Frites came out a little over cooked for a medium rare and the poblano chimichurri sauce was not included in the dish. Fries were so good though!"

"On a work trip, Timber Wood Fire Bistro was close to my hotel and at first glance, appeared to be original and a break from the expected chains...and I was right! The atmosphere is very classic and reminded me of being in Whistler, BC! Super classy without being stuffy. Very clean and fresh with a relaxed, cozy vibe. I had the Meatball and Rigatoni, and I was so very happily suprised! I'm debating I'd this was the very best pasta dish I've had, anywhere! The entire dish is homemade and tasted about as fresh as you can imagine. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the meatballs spectacular and plentiful, and the sauce! The sauce was a breath of fresh air! Spicy and a perfect consistency! Not thin and watery and not thick and pasty. It was excellent! I don't come to Omaha often, but will find an excuse just to come here again!"
