"They don't care about you; they can miss appointments without consulting you or telling you why, and it's cool. You miss an appointment, and it's $175.00 or $340.00 or 194.00 the price changed 3 times. I wasn't treated seriously here; the first appointment they canceled without telling me, and the second appointment was canceled without informing me. I became more and more depressed; they rushed me through paperwork I really didn't understand because they sent them late and somehow locked me out of my account. Instead of rescheduling, they rushed me through the paperwork and repeatedly called me to make sure I was hurrying up with it. Now, mind you, I'm not in the best mental shape to be rushed through all this. After being rushed, they didn't even see me that day anyhow. The first appointment I finally got to see a therapist; I was her IT person for a half hour because they only offer online, and they clearly have no idea how the system works. I'm told to use their therapist Hub by the office, then told to use Zoom by the therapist to see someone. Each appointment, I felt like I was their employee and not a client, and I'm getting more hurt and depressed. So I miss a couple of appointments; I mean, what's the point? My job doesn't care; my therapist doesn't care. After all this, I start getting billed from SwagPro Medical Billing. I mean, come on, did I buy medical swag or see a therapist? This whole experience was eye-opening and miserable."
