"Impossible to reach. Their phone number isn't connected, there are no email addresses, their website is useless. If I didn't spend an hour and a half sitting in their lobby waiting for someone, I wouldn't have been able to speak to a therapist directly and find out that they know all this information, they just don't care. This is the standard of mental healthcare in Omaha."
