"Went in shortly after they opened with my 2 year old while my wife was at the book store next door. There was 2 groups before me that ordered and I ordered a regular cinnamon roll. Fast forward 30 minutes and people that ordered after me orders were being called my toddler was starting to lose patience so after the third order placed after me was called I went up to cancel the order and low and behold the order was done and boxed and just sitting there, not where the pick up orders were being set but on the line where the food was being prepared. The cinnamon roll itself was okay, it was better than the tubes from the store but not by a lot. 30 minutes for 1 plain cinnamon roll at a store the specializes in cinnamon rolls seems a little crazy to me. My advice would be if you want to try it out don’t go with a small child and plan on a wait. If it was this slow with a few orders I can’t fathom what the wait would be during a busy time. I gave it 2 stars not one as like I said the roll was edible. Will not be back."

"Only a short walk from many hotels in the area, this is a great treat for now or later. The roll was nice and warm when we picked it up, and still tasted fresh when I popped it in the microwave later that day. If you don’t know what you want, many signature creations are on display as well as seasonal offerings. Customizing is easy if you have particular tastes. The rolls are so soft, like they were taken from the oven one minute early. Nothing dry about these rolls, a plain roll would be great on its own. They do sell day old plain rolls for a discount. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are considering."

"Space they're in was pretty nice, good vibe inside. We got a Butterfinger Cinnamon Roll to share. It was A LOT. There are so many flavors going on with it, from the cinnamon roll, to the peanut butter, to the chocolate. Overall it was pretty good. The bottom of the cinnamon roll was a little hard, but the rest was a great consistency. I plan to go back and try a classic cinnamonroll."

"We found Cinnaholic when we were in Pigeon Forge, and now we look for one whenever we go to a new place. We were so happy to see one in Des Moines! Hands down the best cinnamon rolls ever made! My favorite is the Old Skool while Dave's is the Cookie Monster. So sweet, so rich and delicious! We can never eat the whole thing in one sitting, so we had a few bites and packaged it up for later. The service at this location was top-notch as well!"
