"We waited for 5 mins and was seated. We ordered fried Brussels. Delicious. Then we waited almost 45 mins for supposed to be a backyard burger and backyard burger substitute breaded chicken for burger. It showed up grilled. I was STARVING, so I ate it. I would NEVER pick a grilled chicken, but this sucker was so good. Here's why I said 3. We waited a long time, and my order was wrong, even if it was tasty. When asked where we wanted to sit, the guy said, "You want music?" I'm imagining a speaker at my table, so I say no. Apparently there's a live music room hidden in there. I wished someone had said, "Hey, band." I woulda been there for the band."
"The food was great. The service was alright. The room was a bit on the colder side but it was also negative out when we went. Definitely plan to go back."
"Chuck's is a neighborhood institution with decent American/Italian food served in a welcoming and homely atmosphere. If you're a pretentious suburbanite, you won't like it, sorry. Stick with one of those chain restaurants near your subdivision."
"I went last week with my family, we were greeted promptly and seated fast. As a family of 7 that doesn't happen too often. Our server was so great and made everything so much better. To top it off the food was AMAZING! Best mozzarella sticks and chicken parm of my life!!! Oh and the breadsticks and the alfredo sauce that cane with it was to die for! (And i have never liked Alfredo) Everything about this place was so good. I will be back and I can't wait to try something new."
"The lasagna was perfection, lots of cheese, enough for 3 people. The service was very welcoming & friendly even the customers spoke to me. I can't wait to go back."
