She sat down and explained what she was looking for and what she found to point her in the direction of two different plan of care options. She presented both options and answered all of my husband and I questions before helping us make a decision. I'm relieved we have a plan to move forward with, but I am also comforted that I can reach out at any time if things worsen or I have questions. "Dr. Olson and Susan are always great. They are personable, friendly, take time to ask questions and listen for the answers. They connect on a personal level and make you feel very comfortable. I had my annual mammogram and exam and was in and out in 35 minutes, and never felt rushed . I was able to have a good discussion with Dr. Olson and felt she would have spent as much time with me as I needed. So streamline from one area to the next. I’m glad I don’t have to do that more often than annually, but at least it’s not an appointment I dread because it is really smooth and I come out feeling cared for."
