"Terrible was to run such a "prestigious" gyn clinic. Granted it's a private practice they will refuse to see you if you cancel an appointment even due to an unexpected sickness. My personal experience goes as follows, my fiance had waited 2 months to hear back and get a credited appointment. When she fell ill prior to the day of said appointment I called on her behalf. Explained the situation to their secretary,Ann, and was told it would be no problem to reschedule for the following Thursday not even 2 days later. Noted I even called 3 hours prior to appointment, I was told they would call her immediately to reschedule. Only call that was made was 5 hours later to inform her that since she missed said appointment they refuse to ever treat or screen her. Even though we were told it was ok to reschedule, now if it was done correctly and we were told if you do not show you will not be treated, we would've came even though she was having flu like symptoms and vomiting profusely. In conclusion it's very unprofessional and quite disrespectful to be lied to and thus expelled from such an important physical inspection."
"Dr. Tolosa is very pleasant but the appointment making process and other office procedures are ridiculous. They are only open three days a week and I have waited days for a return phone call and waited up to 45 mins to see the Dr when I have an appointment. I will be finding a new provider."
