"The last 4 times I've gone to this location they've messed up my order in at least one way. The last 2 time I've gotten the wrong drink, which is annoying but they're still usually good so i don't bother saying anything. Today they were out of several things that the app said they had in stock, which i understand isn't the fault of the location, but this is the 4th time in a row. Who cuts a bagel like this?"
