"My electric stove had not worked for awhile, I called A-1 and they referred me to their technician Trinidad. I called him and I told him exactly what happened and what my stove was doing. He told me to facetime him so he could see my fuse box. I did and he told me to shut them off and turn them back on, I did and the stove came on. I was so appreciative of that because he could've came out and collected a fee for simply tripping the fuse. That showed great character and honesty to me. I will definitely call him next time."

He came at the time we agreed on and was fast in his diagnosis and repair. Ive dealt with other services and none have been close to the service I recieved today.
