"Terrible customer service. I went in to buy Foundation from Sephora, and Richi was the one who helped me, I told him I didn't want the color he was pushing on me, yet he was very persistent and kept pushing it. Said I could return if I hated it. So I brought it back, he remembered me, yet he wouldn't exchange it for the color I originally wanted to buy in the first place because I was like 2 or 3 days past the return policy as I didn't have enough time to exchange it. Now I am stuck with a $50 bottle of Foundation I can't use."
