"I went in here today (16 Dec 2023) and only dealt with the female at the front checkout. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had already gone to 2 Hot Topics for a specific brand of hair color and both were out. Luckily the second recommended Sally Beauty. They did have exactly the brand I wanted (Arctic Fox) and had an excellent selection of color. I was so happy with her service that I joined the rewards program and will shop there again."

"I will give them 0 stars if I can, I went to go get a clipper for my husband’s Father’s Day gift I asked the manager Christina a question and she answered very rudely and walked away with out helping me any further. Looks like she hates her job and is just there for a paycheck. Worst customer service ever!"

"This store is horrible. The girls were in the back talking about somebody very loudly. Cannot get help with what I needed. I'm so surprised that the sally's is still open for business. Customer service was horrible they need to fire everyone in there and hire new staff. I will not be going back to the Sally's.. If I have to I will drive all the way to West Omaha."

"I have never been so disrespected in my 72 years of living. I tried to get a refund on some hair color that turned my scalp orange. The manager was horrible and would not give me a refund, she kept saying over and over you should have done a test strand. I told her I did but she just kept saying the same thing . I couldn’t get a word in and I said can I say something “ she would not stop talking. I said on a loud voice I would never shop in this store ever again and I left. I called the corporate office and reported her,"

"I ordered two set of clippers, the package came in without any packing slip and any paperwork. When I went to return the cheaper set of clippers, I needed to have that paperwork, so I had to return home to call customer service to get that. Went back to the store and was informed that the package missing a comb and one of the clipper attachments... again, this is what I received it!! The store was on the phone with the customer service, who told me to return the package to the Wahl. When I refused that route since I purchased the product from Sally's, they told me to call customer service myself. When I stepped away from the counter, the store rep was complaining about me to the next customer. HORRIBLE service!! Never again!! I'm now on hold with the customer service... again."
