"Had an appt at 11. Waited my turn for 25 minutes while Kim took 3 different men's haircuts with no appt. Guy walked in didn't give a name and she took him next. Will NEVER use this place again. Kim is a terrible manager."

"I’m giving one star because my stylist was SO nice, I don’t leave bad reviews that often but I’ve spent a lot of time and money on my hair. It took me Literally 9 months to nourish my hair back to health after Stewart’s fried it, which I get if you go to students that’s the risk you take, the first time I went to cost cutters Sara did my hair, she did a phenomenal job, my hair felt healthier, the color was beautiful and it was fast. This time I had gotten a different stylist which is fine, I let her know exactly what I wanted she was so nice and friendly! My hair however is a different story. I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home, the length of my hair is still long but she chopped the front layers so short I’m assuming because of the damage from whatever that it looks like I have two different hair cuts. The color turned out gray, blonde, ashy copper and black. I asked for more blonde and to add in more lowlights. Point being if you can’t do it correctly or don’t know how please let your client know and don’t hack off more in one area so it looks horrible and choppy. I paid $200 dollars for this. That’s a lot honestly, I only left a $5.00 tips and I felt horrible but do you honestly think this is ok? I’m a nice easy going person and I understand hair grows back but for the amount this cost please do better. I’m not naming names because that’s rude but I’m sorry I won’t be returning."

"Went their few weekends ago I believe the manager Tara or assistant manager well anyways she had a smile when I walked un but after seemed like she didn't care it was a fake smile then I could tell their was tention between her and another employee that I believe was offering awesome service to another individual the manager or Tara just had snotty remarks to some of the employees and fake personality on the customers I just won't go back their everyone experience is different maybe I just had a bad day but I don't believe that Tara women should be in charge and the face you greet when you walk in.........."

"I walked in. Tara greeted me with a smile and took me straight back to start dying my hair. She also cut my husband's hair and trimmed his beard and moustache. My hair turned out phenomenal! I am a traveler and I was fearful of someone else doing my hair! FEAR BE GONE. Tara is amazing!!"

"Went in for 3 walk in cuts and came out with cuts and color! My husband and I loved our stylists and after look but my son's turned out pretty bad we just didn't have the heart to say anything because he liked it. We will definitely go back again but not use that stylist again."
