"I had the most painful nail appt ever. I made an appointment well ahead of time so I didn’t have to rush. First, I sat down at a station that wasn’t ready for me and he had to keep getting up to get his equipment in the next station over. Which isn’t a huge deal but why wouldn’t I just sit in that station? Second, he started filing my nails and as he went on he got way more aggressive. He was filing them so hard that he cut the skin on the sides of my nails on three of my fingers with the nail filing board. He was way too aggressive and now my fingers are sore and cut up. He acted like he was in a rush which I didn’t get because no one else was coming in. The last few times I’ve been there, I haven’t been happy with the result because they rush to finish it. I won’t be returning anymore."

"I just got a pedicure today. The guy that did it was new. He did an okay job but not the best. He didn't ask me which service I wanted or that it cost $5 extra for each polish. I have had better pedicures done. Not sure if I will be back. This is the second time I was not happy with one of the services."
"THEYRE SO GOOOOD!! i got dip nails for prom and they turned out PERFECT. they even did a color match for me when i couldn’t decide. not only did they turn out amazing but she was so fast! love love love it i’ll definitely be coming back next time i need my nails done."
