"I’ve enjoyed my experience with my stylist and service at the salon; however, it is frustrating when you call multiple times with no answer during business hours. I even left two voicemails to schedule a hair appointment and I never received a call back to schedule - even though their voicemail prompts to do so. They seem to have a light schedule for staffing, as I have had a hard time on multiple occasions to schedule an appointment. They say walk-ins are always welcome, but I called and they stated it was only if someone was available."
