"I called in to this location to inquire about my last inspection date and spoke with Shay. She informed me that she would not be able to look this information up and I would have to call my location where I purchased my rings back in San Antonio, Texas. After that statement I then asked if it would be possible for me to have my information transferred to her location since I now live here, but I was told that I would still need to speak to the Texas store. Not only did that not make sense, but it’s a major inconvenience calling out of state just to be serviced in a different state. I then reached out to the San Antonio location and the representative was confused with the information that I shared from Shay. She stated that Zales system that they use is nationwide and I should call back because Shay should be able to locate my information with my phone number. I will say that I was pleased with the San Antonio team she provided me with the information requested. I called this location back to provide the update and to ensure that my information could be located. It was located, no apology for the misinformation. Poor customer service based off of this experience."

"Stopped by the Jordan creek location today for a cleaning and the store manager Yuki really went above and beyond for us. She noticed a loose stone on my husbands ring and suggested sending it in so we wouldn’t lose it later. She took the extra time to really inspect our rings and help us today. She was a delight to be around. I can’t recommend this location enough. They’re always super helpful and so genuine."

"Buyer beware: I would highly recommend reading the reviews. I have a purchase of $269 white gold earrings. All I wanted was a repair or an exchange. With their being only one location available I go to the store to be told that I was beyond 60 days (who would think an earring post would be the cause for repair) and it would cost a little over $200 for a repair for one earring. That means spending a total of $469. Never again will I shop with Zales. I was then tops to go to a different jeweler and do a buy back. In which I lose because they need repair. Called the customer service line to be told I should have a warranty. Who would think you need a warranty for something that should not break after 4 wears and less than 6 months. I will stick to Helzburg Diamonds."

"Do not listen to the sales reps at this location. They are self serving liars. I purchased my wedding band here. It is a black tungsten ring that put me out over $300. I asked them if it was a coating or if the metal itself was black. They assured me of the latter. I am sitting here, not even a week after the wedding, and the black is already rubbing off."
