"I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter what she would charge me to get some links removed from my watch band. She gave me her rate, which I thought was reasonable, so she roughly suggested 3. However I thought it only needed two so I had her start there and she said it would be about 10 minutes. I browsed the stores' selection for a bit and about 5 minutes later she came back with my watch. To my surprise it was still a little loose so her suggestion of 3 links was accurate. After removing the 3rd link, Julie removed the smudges from my watch and rang me up. While removing the smudges, my watch kind of came apart so she took it back to the back and fixed the issue. I asked her what she would charge me for that and she said nothing. I made sure to tip her because she was very quick and knowledgeable in her craft.
