"it was the worst experience of my life they said they would be at my home between 8am & 5pm which means you have to set at home waiting all day then I got a message that said they would be here at 2:25 pm then I got a message telling me it would be 4:15 then I got a message that said it would be 5:15-6:45 so after dialing about 10 different numbers before I got a human to talk to they assured me someone would be here later I got a message saying it would be tomorrow before they would get here they told me the truck broke down the next day the service person told me that they over booked and I wondered how they got the truck fixed so quick so he looked at my dryer and said it was blocked with lint and I asked him so it is fixed and he said no they don't do that so I am wondering why I pay 59.00 a month and a100.00 trip charge and tell me you don't do that so what is the purpose of this service agreement I would not recommend sears for anything"
