"UPDATE: Another tech came out (Tyler) the very next day and was able to successfully fix the problems with both the washer and dryer. I am pleased with the resolve, however I still believe the first tech could certainly use some additional training and actually listen to the customer. Original review: I had a dryer repaired a and when I ran it after they "fixed it", a piece of metal was sticking out of the drum and at least 2 pieces of clothing are now stuck in the drum. We also have a washing machine that has no hot water and has been pulsing when it fills. This has happened since November when we moved in but apparently the lines are frozen, according to their tech, even though all the water in the house works and the washer is on an inside wall."

"My elderly mother was worked over by Metro, they delivered a filthy dirty & defective washer. Manager and delivery drivers were rude & lied to my mother with regard to delivery expectations. I understand that these are used appliances, but don’t treat people like garbage when they need a reliable appliance."
