"Me and my father went to get flowers for 2 separate funerals. While we were ordering these flowers another worker was speaking to the associate helping us explaining how they missed the drop off for another funeral. Overhearing this we were hesitant on even purchasing our flowers but we did. We went to the first visitation of my friend, and could not find her flowers anywhere. We went to the second one and noticed this lady mixed up our flowers and sent them wrong. Grieving not only one but two deaths is extremely hard as is, I just wish my friend would've gotten her beautiful flowers she deserved. I'm not impressed at all, we will never buy flowers from here again."
