"Very unhappy with this company!! They did the repairs on our house through Carlson restoration after we had a fire. We had a reset switch for a grounded outlet in the kitchen and one in the main floor bathroom. The electrician moved it or something because it is no longer there. Now we have 2 outlets that don't work and we need to reset them, but can't. I have called several times to try and find out where they moved the reset button to or get help and all I get is a receptionist. She takes messages. That's all. No actual help. This company is NOT one you want to try and rely on."

"Asked for a quote on installing a smart doorbell, and running a outlet. The guy showed up, didn’t seemed interested in what I had to say. Left and never gave me a quote. Called to ask about the quote still never got one. If you’re not looking to accept jobs. Don’t waste my time or yours. I doubt I’ll ever bother to call this company for anything again."

"I cannot address the work quality. I called 3 times. First time had to leave a message and no one called back after several days. Second time, I was told they would call and come but after 4 days, no response. Third time, I was told someone would be here at 7:30 am next day. I got up early and thus, my grandkids got up early and no one showed up or called. I gave up and chose a different company. They need to work on customer service."
