"Used Olesen’s many times in the past and had great service and great pricing and a great finished product, but not this time, which will be the last time….. Was supposed to get an estimate cost before starting work, didn’t happen! Was supposed to get 2.5” exhaust, didn’t happen! Was hoping to discuss everything before services were completed, but didn’t happen! Wasn’t expecting to pay almost $1,000.00 for a new exhaust, especially when they had nothing to remove, didn’t finish it off with chrome tips and didn’t have to install catalytic converters. I could’ve taken it anywhere, except Blair, as I live in Omaha. Shame on them for taking advantage of my loyalty and good nature."

"I swore off this company some years back. But I thought I would still get a bid for some work that I needed done and I did make an appointment. After I left I found someone to do it at a much cheaper rate. I then contacted Olsen's to see if I could just buy the part from them since I had already made the appointment and I didn't want them to be out the money for the part. After trying to reach them twice I never heard anything back. So long story short this company still isn't dependable."
