"The local dealership was nickel and diming me every time I took my Jeep in for an oil change to the point I no longer trusted the service advisors in anything they said. Bud looked everything over and gave our vehicle a clean bill of health, did exactly what we asked. We live on gravel and due to snow melt causing an excessive amount of mud, Bud's did charge an extra fee for having to deal with all of the caked mud in the wheels for our tire rotation, but I felt that was very fair and reasonable as opposed to simply refusing to do it or making up excuses about why or how it couldn't be done like the other shop. The honesty, speed of service, and quality of work performed thus far has made me a return customer. His pricing was fair and I didn't feel uncomfortable sending my wife in alone to get service thinking they would try and get something over on her. Thanks Bud and family for the work. We will keep giving you our money!"

"I wish I could give Buds more than 5 stars My grandma went to the Chrysler Dealership in Blair because she had a noise in the front right, the Dealership recommended $2000 in brake parts. I told my grandma at that price it would be best to get a second look. I called up Buds and had the best conversation with the receptionist so I scheduled the appointment with them. After my grandma took it in they found the FR wheel bearing going out. They replaced it for less than $150 and sent her on her way. I am so impressed with this shop, they didn't have to treat my grandma so nice, they could have screwed her over like the dealership. BUT they treated her like their own family member, actually makes me tear up knowing she was treated so well. If you want a Good, Honest, reliable, straight forward mechanic shop that will take care of you like family, stop by Buds. Thank you for taking care of my Grandma! You guys are the best!"
