We called Don cold, having been abandoned by our former plumber and well guy in rural southwest Iowa who got a didn't like to do anything that wasn't easy. We had not one but two wells down - both the farm and the house. Don expertly diagnosed the house pressure tank situation and determined our well pump itself was ok. Great job. But whatever he did on our 1840s hand-dug sandstone block well that was dug to service a stagecoach line - a well that strangely stopped pumping - was remarkable. He got it back and operational and had some tips for us on pressuring tanks and saving us a LOT of money. Don's a good, honest man who knows a ton. Don was out the same day I called after finishing his current job, and worked well after dark on a Friday night. He was very reasonably priced and showed me what was wrong, what was starting to fail and what to use for maintenance. Yesterday my pump failed and now that I have the go ahead from our home warranty provider to hire my own contractor, I WILL be calling Don."
