"Where do I begin. These guys have no idea what they are talking about or doing when it comes to cars. You are far better off taking your car anywhere but this place. A basic oil change, and they forgot to put my drain plug in completely, my engine blew up, left me stranded on the side of the road, and they refused to deal with it or compensate me or replace my engine. This is ridiculous. No one should ever be subjected to something like this for something as simple as an oil change. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"I had some options on where I could take my vehicle for a repair. When I asked the person on the phone for a labor and parts quote on a vehicle, I was told "you don't want to do that". And given a lengthy explanation why I shouldn't get a quote. Any trained or certified repair shop will use a repair guide with labor estimates and parts estimates. Clearly this person either isn't trained, certified, or is using some other system for running their business. In any case, I didn't appreciate the tone or the way the person treated me and my wife on the phone and so we took are car somewhere else to be repaired."
