"Update: Lynda wrote me a very nasty text message. Saying since it’s a family owned business I should accept being treated horrible. No apology or accountability for over reacting and the miscommunication on their side. I’ll never go back. Had an issue with my Air Conditioning. Mechanic made a plan to add dye and have me come back for a quick check when the car started to get hot again. Called this morning to drop in and was told its over a week out. The dye will not be visible after that time. When the mechanic call me back to discuss he called me "entitled' for requesting to have a it looked at quickly to determine the location of the leak. This was his plan and when he could not follow through he started calling names and hung up on me. Not going back and wouldn't suggest you do either."
