"Showed up with a bad attitude, saying water flooding into my vents and returning air system was not a big deal. Was unprepared didn’t have clean air filters to replace the ones that were soaked from the flood… complained about his job, didn’t respond to my emails and boasted about his new house so he doesn’t have to worry about dirty vents and air systems. Called Burton they are cheaper for the technician fee got out here quickly and showed empathy and care towards my situation."
