Because of the situation, Ryan, Matt and Dave jumped to the rescue with available space heaters and a dedicated crew the next morning to install a new unit. They literally saved the day to prevent a bad situation from becoming worse. Fred’s has earned our loyalty for life!"

"Fred sent a tech within two hours of the call in sub zero temps. Darrion cleaned the induction fan condensate trap and thought he had it, charge of $129.00. However we needed a second call to him and a return visit hours later. He found the low pressure micro switch did the trick. He probably should have replaced it with the first visit but it was not on his truck and so he needed to locate it. The markup was expensive at $390.00! Total job cost plus tax $550. Overall time 4.5 hours. Not bad for sub zero temps and all the other companies couldn’t even make till next day or later! Darrion was great, still the mark up is high so four of five stars"

"Amber who answered the phone was very nice and told me about the service, pricing, discounts and annual package deal. She scheduled our service call. Chris, Service Tech, was very nice, polite, put on booties at the front door upon entering the door each time and was very professional. He was very personable, answered my questions and was very informative in educating me. And, I appreciate that in a Service Tech!!! The only suggestion I gave him was in comparison with what the original furnace installers told me was to inspect and vacuum under the blower and the duct work just before the filter system, while the filters are removed for cleaning. And, to clean the two white filters slowly and every square inch of the surface area of the tiny holes of the electronic filters."
