"Calling this number took me to Sears Service Center not Council Bluffs Appliance Repair. Sears, of course, couldn't send anyone out for 2 weeks. A complete waste of my time."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - PLEASE READ: I contacted CBAR and they provided me a "contractor" from their listing. He (D. Moore) came over and found the issue charged me the money ($305) and was supposed to be back in 3 days. No call no show, No call no show, Answered said the parts didn't come in, no call no show, no answer to texts and this went on for 2 weeks. He finally called back and said he would come over and he finally did. Replaced the parts, as far as I know and left. For one week all was well, when the issue happened again. I immediately called him and he told be he would be over on Saturday from 1-3. Guess what, No call no show, text no text back, During the next week same thing no call now show, text without texting back. Called today and he phone goes to a voicemail that is full. I thought I would contact the Council Bluffs Appliance Repair to let them know of this issue again (yes I called before during the first 2 weeks I waited) to try to get them to work with him. Today, I was informed that ALL I could do was call or text him and that was it. I explained that I have already done this multiple times and the lady told me that I must have the wrong number and hung up on me. I called back and it went straight to a message that said "Goodbye". I tried again and got the same message. What wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE your company has. You had someone that worked for you take $305.00 from me and I would like it back."

"Robert was a very nice and knowledgeable person. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer. He had to wait for a couple days for parts and ordered a few extra in case he needed them but luckily he was able to use some of the original parts which saved me some money. I will gladly call and have ASAP come back and repair my appliances again."
