"I knew the upfront cost of the annual rider mower service was $110 plus a delivery fee of $50 (rural Sioux City) which I thought was fair until I received my mower back looking like this. See pictures.This was after taking 2 weeks to perform basic service that probably took them a whopping 2-3 hours to complete. Had I not called to check in on the status of it the other day, it probably would have taken several more weeks. I mentioned to the idiot on the phone I had a failing battery and wanted it replaced, glad they didn't because they wanted $100 to do it for a $50 battery. My mower is 2 years old and well cared for, it came back looking like it sat outside and was driven through a mud hole. Forget using this place and the clowns who own and run it. Next year I will do it myself."

"Standing in line this morning. The boss is standing at the register BSing about stuff while 7 people are standing here waiting for service. Another worker comes in and the boss stops the transaction he is working and tells the other guy to finish it. Horrible service. Never again."
