"Connected with them or auto maintenance was put on hold and disconnected. Several times they need to upgrade their phone service and help people that are calling in."
"Took our car here to have it worked on and they had to replace the engine on warranty. It took them 2 months to get the engine replaced. We got it halfway home (we live about 45 min out of town) and car died, so we had the car towed back. They had it for another week and a half and were told they could not find anything wrong. Picked up the car a second time. This time the car made it home, but we discovered there was fluid leaking badly when we pulled out of the garage later the same day. We looked under the vehicle and discovered the entire plastic plate under the engine was loose and dragging on the ground apparently the whole way home. I have yet to deal with this issue, but at this point I would definitely NOT recommend them for any work on a vehicle, and they have soured the entire experience enough that I will honestly never own another Ford in my life. Good luck if you decide to try your luck here, you will likely need it."
