"No walk-in appointments so you'll have to call a head. Also, scheduling an appointment online doesn't work either because someone just has to call you to set it up officially. The times online aren't accurate for what's actually available. Unfortunately, their first available appointment wasn't for 9 days so I couldn't get my Toyota serviced at all and had to go to another place in town. So availability wasn't the best but the service might be okay, wouldn't know."
