"Absolutely love this store. Told her how much we had to spend helped me pick some flowers and put together a beautiful arrangement. They also have a lot of candles and essential perfumes and things. The staff was very friendly!! Wanted to add to my review that my grandmother who is very particular in her flowers and arrangements absolutely loved this she couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. It wasn't the ordinary roses bouquet but a very unique beautiful one. I recommend going here to everyone for any occasion they will work with you and make a beautiful arrangement to remember. I wish i had a picture to put up of the one we got...... Adding to my review as today is my birthday and my mom sent me a bouquet from here because she remembered how much I'll loved them. She told them I love Chinese decor and my favorite color, there had a florist that loved Chinese floral and she went above and beyond, this is by far the most beautiful arrangement I've ever received. They are by far the best florists, dare I say ever,because the best I've ever seen anyway."

"I have loved Roots in Bloom for the last couple years. So when it was time to order my wedding flowers I knew exactly who I wanted to go through! I set up a meeting for April 23rd to go over what I wanted. I was just planning on a Micro Wedding with close family and friends for July 9th. I showed them the picture of the three small vases and wanted just two per table. I later on added an arch for pictures and wanted an L shaped floral arrangement for that. When we were closer to the date I emailed in a picture of my dress and asked if there was a quote, because I had never been given an estimate. * After 2 emails and multiple phone calls I finally received a response. * 2-3 weeks before the wedding they finally reached out and have multiple questions about my order when I was under the impression everything was finalized. I verified everything over email and was very specific with what I wanted including pictures of similar arrangements. When we picked up the order it was nothing like I had wanted. The table arrangements were massive compared to what I was expecting - nothing like the small subtle ones I wanted. Yeah they were pretty just not what I wanted and they did not fit the rest of the wedding decorations. The arch flower piece was straight not L shaped. It almost looked like a tropical flower arrangement instead of the country chic look I was going for. The wedding bouquet had quite a few yellow flowers in it. I did not want yellow in it and was expecting only blush pink, white, and green... and that was based off the examples they had emailed me. I was very precise on what I wanted and what I received was completely different."

"Contacted Roots in Bloom four days before a last minute backyard wedding (covid). Sent Maya a picture of flowers I loved on Pinterest, the tree I was getting married by, and described generally what I like. She ran with it. The flowers turned out amazing. Even ordered three arrangements last minute to give to three women who helped organize the wedding, and they were stunning. All around recommend this local business! ❤️"
