"We called Mark when our drain cleaning found a cracked sewer line. He came out to repair the cracked pipe and found no pipe at all. He was able to replace our missing sewer line and get the job done quickly before the 7" of snow buried everything. He and Seth were professional and able to explain everything to me while it was happening. The 6 of us in the house are very grateful for the work they did! He should be your go to for anything plumbing. Thank you again"

"What a bunch of crooks! Anything less then 1 star? They were hired to repair a broken water line. They cut the sewer line to get to the water line. After the work was done, I had problems with my sewer line backing up. I called Tri-State and told them what was happening. The sent some other plumber with a camera and looked in the sewer line and it showed a large obstruction about the size of a softball. I had to pay $200.00 for the plumber. Called back Tri-State and they said that there was nothing they could do for me and that it was my fault. I must have dropped something down the drain to cause it. I explained that there were no issues with the sewer line before they cut into the line to get to the water line. he said that he had done a real good job repairing the water and sewer line and there was nothing else he could do for me. He refused to take my calls after that. I had to get another plumber to dig up the sewer line, remove the obstruction (large rock bigger then any drain in the house) and fill up hole in the yard. So I paid twice, once for the water line to be repaired and secondly for the plugged sewer line that was caused by Tri-State's carelessness. Do not trust these people crooks!"

"Shotty work... They repaired the water line in our back yard and we had to have it redone 3 years later. They used inferior materials and took the easy route. When we called them, they stated they only guarantee their work for 1yr. Wouldn't recommend them at all!"

"I phoned for an appointment, and Josh was right on time. My hot water in the kitchen was just a trickle compared to the cold. He took stuff apart under the sink, and found some rust in the pipe going TO the hot water faucet, and got rid of it. Works fine now! Thanks, Josh! ;)"
