Edible Arrangements

"This is my second visit at Edible Arrangement and again, they did not disappoint me. The staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent. Also, my wait time was less than 5 minutes. It's obvious they pride themselves in the service provided. My fruit was fresh and delicious. I will be back again."

"The girls were super helpful when my daughter and I stopped in to shop for a treat! Some very cute edible bouquets and fruit designs. I always love doing edible arrangements as a gift for birthdays etc in lieu of sweets or “stuff” that people don’t need!"

"I ordered 300.00 of item's for my wife's 50th birthday at 8 am same day delivery. At 330 still not delivered. I called and they said they would deliver by 530, I stated I would not be home. They said they could deliver by 4pm, I called and complained when they didn't and was upset. They called 10x and kept hanging up on me until I said I would call 911 on them for harassment. Long story short I did not get my order, was charged 300.00 and ruined my wife's 50th"

"I had ordered an edible arrangement for valentines day. Paid an extra 15 dollars for a delivery for that day on top of an already pricey bill. I called the shop at 2 to confirm that it was still getting delivered for valentines day. The shop told him it's on the van and it'll be there by 5. 5 o clock rolled around and it had not yet shown. I then called them shop again, repeatedly to no one answering. As you can imagine I relied on this as a gift to my significant other so that felt GREAT to not have anything for her. 845 she is in bed sleeping and I am getting home from school the phone rings. The platter is outside, GREAT! AT LEAST SHES GETTING IT. Nope, it had been rolling around the backseat of a gentleman's car for how many hours so the platter looked awful. Like it was just tossed together. I went to file a complaint to edibles and was just told residential deliveries go until 9. That'd be great to know any of the times I had called. Or during checkout. We will never use this company again."

"If I could have rated them a zero I definitely would have. The strawberries are not covered, they are barely dipped. The sizes are very inconsistent ."
