"The tech arrived in a personal vehicle and did not offer a business card. I had to ask to confirm that the tech was with the company. He ran the spin cycle on our washer and said it sounded fine, acting as if he was done and that was it. I pushed him to actually do his job and make a diagnosis. He tried to tell me that we were overloading our washer, which we were not doing. The tech came out on Saturday and by Monday, there was still no diagnosis submitted to our warranty company, even after I called them to check on it and they said they would get to it that day. An inaccurate diagnosis was submitted to our warranty company and the tech left the washing machine in worse shape than when they arrived. We could still use our machine prior to the diagnosis but following their service call, it started smoking and leaking all over our floor and into our basement. I don’t know what they did but their diagnosis said that the washer was still working and it should continue to do so for some time so the warranty company wouldn't listen to our appeal. Appliance Repair and Recycling broke our washer beyond repair, so now we have to replace it. We should have called someone else on our own from the start, but it's too late to get a second opinion because of the damage caused by their tech."
"He got us a working dryer after ours broke down and recycled our old one. Then our washer went out and he sold us a really good one and recycled our previous one. It was easy and very affordable and he helped us load everything in and out."
"I called them to fix my washer. He came and looked at it, and said nothing was wrong with it, I just need to get it up on bricks or something to keep water from backing up onto the motor.(our floor drain is how it drains, and it sucks) . Shocker, that didn't fix it. I got them the model number they said they needed, and still I'm not able to get a response on when they can come actually fix it. Highly do not recommend."
"Service call to repair fridge as it was leaking from the top. Repair man said it was due to clogged drain line so he cleaned it as he said over time it froze. For this he charged me $80. No big deal at the time as I thought he fixed it. Refrigerator continued leaking a few days later and called him again, he came back and said it wasn't fully cleaned so he cleaned the drain line again and charged me another $40. I was upset at this point as I do not know why it wasn't fully cleaned/cleared on the first service call but he said if he would have fully cleared it he would have originally charged me more. Didn't make any sense at all. Of course, a few days later, the refrigerator continued leaking. I ended up purchasing a new fridge but did call him back to fix however he never reached back out to me. Horrible experience."
