"Had a few hiccups with flowers ordered on line. Delivery was made to wrong address and I was not notified by HyVee. Called in to inquire about order and spoke with Olivia who was helpful and discovered wrong address was put on delivery slip so she arranged delivery for first thing next day. Notified by recipient next day at 11:30 am that flowers had not arrived. Called again to report the issue and Olivia contacted driver to make my order the next delivery. She had already added a get well balloon and said adjustment in delivery fee will be done. Bottom line is that recipient was thrilled with the flowers and they were pretty. Would order again from them but will be careful that order gets delivered as promised."

"I wanted a cheaper option for wedding flowers so I went to Hy-Vee fully expecting to get okay customer service and just your run of the mill bouquets and centerpieces.. I was pleasantly surprised!!!! I paid HALF of what I was quoted at other flower places and I had the most BEAUTIFUL flowers at my wedding. Stephanie was such a blast to work with, she was super flexible and gave me a lot of direction since I didn't know much about flowers. We set up an appointment about 4 months out and ordered all of the flowers; two days before the ceremony we realized it was going to be WAY to cold to have an outdoor ceremony and they were able to switch all of the ceremony flowers over to be used indoors. The flowers were definitely the cherry on top of what was already a perfect day. I will have to say, don't cheap out on your flowers, they make the world of difference! But you also don't have to pay 4 grand for flowers!!"
