"How long does it take to get my pic back?? Been almost a month. No communication at all from them. I have to call & everytime I do, they admit they messed up something. Making me wonder if my pic still exists the way I gave it to them, if I ever get it back."

"Caitlin is amazing. She was there to greet us and help us the second we walked in the door. She went above and beyond to assist me with my clear water bead crisis. Because of her, the kiddos at our church were able to create the cutest craft. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She informed us of the coupons the store had, how to sign up for the rewards program, and even offered to get me a cart or basket mid shopping. Thank you Caitlin!"

"I had no idea how huge this business is and it would take weeks to see all that is offered here. I saw many unique items that I wouldn't have known about and was only there about 15 to 20 minutes. I was supposed to be at another business in the center waiting on medical transportation to load my walker and take me to my next destination but I thought they might have what I need badly and they did and I thought I could get in and out quickly enough but I didn't realize most was self checkout and I had never seen these versions before and observed many customers not interested in the self checkout and I was paying with cash and I got in trouble since I didn't make it back where I was supposed to be in time. My 4 ⭐ is only due to how long it took me to get help finding what I needed and to pay for it but I did receive both. I will hopefully be back to get a couple of more items and I tell people that the selection of items is incredible."
