"Reading reviews on the place, figured I'd give it a shot. I walked in, never being there before, a lady greeted me and she was friendly. My main reason for dropping in was checking to see if they have/sell silver rounds. Unfortunately, she was sold out. It doesn't stop there. She came back with more better quality silver, for the same price as rounds. That was awesome, and I will definitely be back to buy more. The simple gestures goes a long way. Who knows if they took a loss on that coin, but, they made it right and a sale. Great customer service and thanks for giving me a deal! ❤️"

"I stopped in here the other day to purchase some silver, and as I was waiting I could hear the couple in front of me selling some things. I was blown away by the honesty of the man behind the window, telling them that the watch they were told was gold plated was actually gold. "I try and test as much as I can to make sure people know what they're selling." Dude could taken the guys claim it was gold plated, no one woulda known, but he did the right thing. Speaks volumes of integrity. Then when I came up to purchase, I'd never seen someone so enthusiastic about helping find just the right thing—an ounce of silver for a birthday present. I may not buy or sell precious metals much, but I'd recommend this place for that one experience alone. Oh, just be sure to bring cash if you're buying!"

"Would not recommend for any coin collectors. Very disappointing. Was hoping for a coin shop closer to home, but turns out they don’t seem to sell coins, only bullion. Seems they don’t sell anything on site and only buy from people. Was told all the coins are “at the bosses house” and if I wanted something specific they could get it for me. If I wanted that I would’ve just bought it on eBay. I wanted to browse and buy things to add to my collection. Guy was nice enough but store just doesn’t seem to fit my needs. Could’ve seen myself being a frequent customer too, there’s no coin shops in this part of town."
