"If I could it would be 0 stars‼️ So I walked in & seen 2 guys spoke to them, they just stared at me, then the owner comes out & I said hi how much to fix my toddlers wheel, he said I can’t I don’t have the parts…. I said well can you refer me to anyone because my baby loves this tricycle , he told me to call the 1-800 number on the bike. I then said thank you , but I mentioned to him about me walking in & speaking to his employees, & that they just stared at me & kept talking amongst each other like I didn’t even walk in & speak, he then told me well they’re just workers……… I’m like I’m ok LIKE THAT WAS A LOGICAL EXPLANATION FOR WHY HIS WORKERS DID NOT SPEAK TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER ‼️ I hate to say it but it reeked of “we don’t serve your kind here” if you know what I mean :( sad to say this is the world we still live in ….. God bless."

"We stopped in on a Saturday morning and it was a bit busy but the team was amazing! Mike helped us find bikes that would fit my size and what I was looking for. He walked us through some details and asked the right questions to make sure he was getting me something that was perfect for me. Luckily he had a bike that wasn't quit on the sales floor yet and was still in the process of prepping for sale. He let me know it would take a few days to get ready and he would call us. Amazingly, he called a few hours later and said he was able to get the bike done! What service! Mike was great because he had me test ride the bike. We had to make some seat adjustments and he was so helpful. The overall experience was great! This is a lovely local bike shop that really loves the sport and wants to make sure you're happy. I also love that I got a barely used Specialized bike for half the price of a brand new bike. Would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike upgrade at a deal!"

"I took my 12 year old Schwinn here that was pretty beat up today.... the rear brakes didn't work at all, it was completely out of alignment after years of use, and I thought the tires would need replacing. After he looked at it, he only suggested a tune-up, wheel alignment, and just inflating the tires. He fixed it on the spot and it took 15 minutes at a reasonable price. The bike rides beautifully now and feels like it's new again. All of the stars and highly recommend Re-CYCLE - I will be back again, thank you!"
