I think it says it all that while I was there one of her customers stopped in to show their appreciation for her staff. True kindness and compassion for stressed out families who are moving, going above and beyond to make sure they have everything they need. And Kayla was so sweet to us and our (loud and rambunctious) kids. I came in stressed and slightly panicked and left with a feeling that everything is going to be okay.
