"HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a necklace from them, asked them if it would make my neck green. She said it shouldn't but was pretty unsure. I bought it and came back a few days later to return other items and the necklace because it made my neck green. The lady at the desk said they dont process returns. I thought it was strange so I looked at the bottom of the receipt and it said they do 30 day returns. So I went back and brought it to her attention and she still said they dont and her manager said not to. I went over to helzberg and cleaned my ring and shared my experience. A kind employee came over to help and when we talked to her, she was extremely rude. Took my neckalce and my receipt out the store and tossed it on the floor. The cooperate numbers are Australian so they wont connect at all. The manager was no where near to be found. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE."
